People who seek out conversations with me tend to want to rebalance the oversize effect of past traumas on their lives, reduce anxiety and stress, and/or increase the ability to manage transitions, relationship difficulties or work-related issues. The therapy I provide helps build curiosity, patience and skill for developing solutions and staying on track in difficult situations. I also help with sorting out thoughts and feelings about one’s past, present day and prospective future Self.
